and though much deemed compliant is unnecessary
it is strongly suggested--

supposedly borrowed
by the grace of the people leased
and renewed cyclically depending...

who denies equal access?
who funnels and trickles and baits?
who qualifies that which is:
--worthy?
--notable?
--front page?
or destined for the obituaries?
What quagmire or conundrum:
--remains?
--unsolved?
--unresolved?
and who allows this to happen?
