Louisiana Bill Would Ban Low-Slung Pants
The campaign to eradicate the use of crack in the streets and suburban malls as a vehicle for furthering self expression using intermediate fashion is now in full swing as a multitude of Guppy’s flex their authoritarian wills on the public. The real issue of public safety is being ignored by focusing on the visibility of crack and not resulting excess of fabric about the knees and feet that impedes reasonable and safe movement when running from said Guppy’s. The fashion industry has fixed this issue in women’s pants by lowering the waistline and keeping the crotch nice and snug where it belongs. Much appreciated, thank you. Yet men still wear regular fitted pants low causing the crotch of the trouser to bunch up around the knees and on the ground. This is a terrible public nuisance and must be dealt with. The use of crack is only half the problem.
